I'm going to post...
Camp...
I've learnt many things on being a leader
And those I thought who were cold were actually not bad
People like Ms Yeo(she actually scolded the instructors cause we didnt have enough food)
Mr Mun was kind(: He walked the remaining distance throughout Old Lim Chu Kang with us
Mr Chan provided mercy relief(as said by wei sheng the joker) by bringing extra food
And Mr Chan also encouraged us during the hellish Endurance training(trust me...under my standards,that was quite hellish)
And we had to do 600 buddha claps...
Damn tiring...But I will put it into my daily exercises...
Through this camp
I've learn that aspects of leadership are easy to talk about but difficult to put into action
I've made new friends...
Learnt new things
Grew in a different sort of way from many other camps I've attended
Which makes it meaningful
Rest of the activities of the camp I shan't bore you with
Includes a 3 and 1/2 hour hike...

At last
Finally
Oh well
Yesterday was Mid Autumm
During recess
Stupid Thomas and gang chased me trying to rape me
Meldrick is bad at sneak attacks
I was laughing like crap when he sneaked up on me cause I knew he was there
Then at night
Bought a few stuff
Then went up to 'accompany'
The sec 3s for their marshall
Funny things happened up there
For starters
I burnt 2 lanterns unintentionally
Kelly was funny
She held on to it
Then suddenly
She screamed a bit
Then I turn around
The lantern was in flames
So I had to get a new one
Thomas burnt 6 in a row
And we helped clear up after that
Much more funny things happened

Back from ATC
Some parts were fun
And some parts were sad
But still
I did a miracle
I did not shower for 3 days
And no one complained

Everything started on the second day
Had to Kayak,hike around ubin and rock climb under the sweltering sun
Wearing long sleave shirt
Everything was uneventful
Except for Kayaking
The girl in front of me(Li Xiang)
We paddled until we were in the middle of no where
Then she stopped and said that she was tired
In the end I had to paddle both of us back to the instructor and shore
Last day
Also nothing much
Did area cleaning in 1 hour
Then ending
I got Foong Hui's MSN
And Freda got my number
Now Jun Wei is talking nonsense
But I'm going to get the others contact

I shot the cloud with my gun
It broke and rained rain

Before I go off for my ATC camp
I shall post once.
The 317 smith and wesson aka .22 shoot wasn't so bad
16 bullets
13 hit the target and got full marks
3 completely never hit the target at all
LOL
Recoil wasn't so bad
But I was shaking a bit
Cause a bit scared of screwing up and banning myself from using gun
But praise the lord
I made it in the end
Goes to show
With God,anything is possible
I've bought stuff for camp from green adventure
A bit pricey
But at least I didnt have to go too far
If I went to army market at beach road
It would have cost 20 plus
But at westmall
It cost 60 plus
And my Dad Paid for it(:
He asked me to keep my money and he pay:D

ORD was ok

And the whole ORD was ok
The giving of speeches part is funny
Then after that I went for DARE
Then reached there with 10 mins to spare
So I bought the new CD album

Then went for service

Went for dinner

I went for The Zone!
Its so fun and awesome
I'm gonna act in a little kid's point of view
It was so cool
The conference was very interesting but I slept for awhile
LOL
Too tired
Then Pastor Judas/Judah smith preached at the conference
He is an awesome/cool/funny/anointed/good/cute preacher
I like the way he preaches and his messages are really powerful
Then after the conference ended
Went to meet the other people who never attend conference but going to attend concert
Saw Jay
Talked to him for awhile before buying waffles(:
I LOVE WAFFLES
Then finish eating and went in
Saw Coach Joy and sent her the cadbury song
Then after that went in for the concert
It was AWESOME!!!
And Pastor Judas/Judah preached again

He is really awesome
And super funny
I couldn't stop laughing at the way he said God does not only want to touch us
He said in in a middle aged lady the voice

Then after that more praise and worship(:
Until 10.30 plusplus
Then went back home
Reached home at 12.15 a.m.
Same time as Charity
But she slept at 2 a.m.
So in the end she never go for 3rd the next day

And again he preached another powerful and funny message

I saw the bassist
His hair is really hard to miss
Even in a crowded place

It has been 2 weeks since I last posted
Many things have happened
But I can only remember the last 3 days
Saturday
Went for DARE
Then played for awhile at sky garden
Then saw Joseph
Then went in for service
Then after service
Went for dinner at koufu
After that
We went to sky
I managed to touch the top of silver wall which used to be impossible to climb
Now I really strongly believe in nothing is impossible for those who are willing to try
Even the bible says that
For those who have faith as small as a mustard seed
And doesn't doubt
He who asks a mountian to move
And it will happen
Then after that
On my way back
I pulled my muscle
Ouch
Then went home
Since it was half hour since I last exercised
I decided to take a very hot bath
Wrong decision
Sunday
The next morning I woke up
My muscles were soddingly sore
From my shoulder muscles all the way to my thighs
Then ent for 1st
After 1st
Met Joseph at sky again
Then read books and he played PSP
Then got nothing to do
So went to toys'r'us
Then sat on this sofa for the next 15 mins
Then after that met the rest at sky
Then went for 3rd at 6th floor
Then after 3rd
Went to sky
Again...
But its fun though
Jeyna and Kang shi were trying to climb the black wall
While Gigi managed to scale the wall
But they're getting there
Then I tried the silver wall again
I managed to have a 2 hands on the top of the wall
The rest were like OMG
Then later I scared the security come
So I never climb it
Jumped down
Nothing is impossible for those who are willing to try
Then went back with Gigi and Joesph
I helped Joseph to change his bluetooth name to Josie(:
Then on the train
Talking to Gigi about school
Then had to say bye at jurong
Which meant the next day was school
Saddening
Then at night
I had sore throat and a bout of fever
Woke up at 2am
Then took temparature

Ate panadol

Drank water

Took temparature again

Then went to see doctor
Then he gave me 2 days MC and medicine
The feeling was terrible
Eveytime I walked
It was as if the leg sends jolts of signal to my brain
Making me feel so groggy and lethargic
As If I was drunk
I slowly made my way to the clinic
So now I'm back home

Met the rest at macs and ate before heading out

Went for Marina Barrage tour
Before heading to Marina MRT
Thomas and Meldrick wanted to walk from Marina Barrage to MRT
And got lost
Since they wanted to walk what a bus took 20 mins to drive
So they walked for 1 hr 15 mins
And had to ask 3 times for direction

Had lunch at subway
And called coach joy and asked her if can interview her for our project
Since we were at suntec
But she was at the riverwalk
Then went to give out surveys

Jie Hao and Meldrick went back home while we continued our interview asking
Managed to ask one Dad and interviewed him

Went to Funan
Thomas played left4dead for 15-20 mins
Then we watched
He picked up an uzi to spray
But cause too easy
He used pistol to kill 20-30 zombies
Then after that went to bukit batok to do interviewing

Managed to ask the last 3 people for interviews before going home

Last day of the first weekManaged to survive it
Then had lessons

Waited for the VJ to get the sony handycam

But resolved
Then after that went for sec 2 squad discussion

And fell
It was a scary feeling
As I was in air
Time stopped momentarily
As if just for me and me alone
I saw the sky
How beautiful it was
My image blurred and suddenly
I remembered I had known all along this was going to happen to me
I dreamed about myself falling
But without the pain
And then a sinking feeling just overwhelmed me
Empowering me and suddenly the sky wasn’t that beautiful after all
And I experienced how it feels like to be falling…falling just to die
It was a bit comfortable, relaxing, just letting go
Never caring about anything
THUMP
My body crashed on the ground and shock came in
The kind of shock that does not feel nice
And few minutes later
I stood up
My specs broke

Today went to school as usual,reached school and don't have key cause huang lao shi took the key.So Xavier made me sneak into the class through the window.Then the key came.After that had PE,theres a wall in the new fitness corner build for climbing(: So fun,but its a bit short. And after PE had music,Ms Yeo didn't come,so had another teacher.After music was english,Ms Poon explained,as she explained,a sudden tiredness overcame us,all of us looked so restless that she gave us break,then recess.After recess,had PW,we have to do another shooting again,because last shooting,20% work,80% play.So have to redo.Then after that was Math,had test,its not as bad as I thought,but I found out I made a few mistakes): Oh well,then History and ACC.Then went for chinese tuition.I nearly fell asleep and got 2 girls sitting to my left and right like going to sleep also,then tuition teacher passed my some chinese tea,scalding hot,so didnt drink.Half hour later she made me drink cause I really going to sleep soon,the tea was soddingly bitter,and when she asked the 2 girls whether they want or not,they immediately looked awake and said no.Then after that went back home.Saw Jeter on the way back.Then now going to pack for tomorrow.

But was a simple one
But the time she finished with Matrices
She said she wanted to teach me pythgoras theogram(not sure how it's spelled)
By then my brain couldn't learn anything new
So we went down to return key
Then went home
Reached home
Then went out at 3
Played Badminton
Then play until 6-7
Then the time we booked for the court was up
So went home again
Then went out to library with sissy
Cause she wnted to pay her fines
Then I borrowed 4 books
Reached home at 9
Finished reading first 2 books at 12.30
Then went to sleep

By then we were so very tired

Otherwise other people might want to learn
Then after that I went to basketball court with Hao Wei
Then I was supposed to join them
Cause I'm the subsitute
But never mind
End up playing blind mice with Xavier,Howard,Zhi Xiang,Amanda,Vivian and Hao Wei
Then played for awhile
Then taught Kah Siong some stuff
Most likely he never pay attention
If he did
He will be stronger than william le(:

After that
Went to play Badminton with my bro and sis and cousin

Finished my 5th english book

Went for water baptism just now

Don't be mistaken
I still have a long way to go and I'm insatiable when it comes to my abilities
It's all about goals, and you have to be willing to achieve that goal no matter what, you need to have the drive, determination, and discipline to make something out of yourself.If you want to become good in Parkour your sole reason can't be to "be good", "be better than people" or "Get stronger". You need to make Parkour your life if you intend to be good at it, almost to the point where you hold it's importance above all others. Of course this doesn't mean hold this above your friends, family or any one you may care for. I don't mean this in a physical sense only at all, not by a long shot. To progress, the ideas and mindset of Parkour need to be engraved in your soul. You can get strong, you can get fast, you can learn and make yourself agile enough to move over obstacles, but if you have no direction, if you have no mindset, if you have no goal, what are you running for? You must find a direction, and go for it with every fiber of your being. Sure there will be times in training that you don't train hard, maybe not train at all, but just know that even though you may not be moving physically, or conditioning that you don't need to move your body to train your mind.On the physical side when you do train though do it SAFELY, SMART, and as hard as you can, as often as you can. Don't be in a rush, it only leads to injury. Listen to your body there is a thin line between progressing and destroying your body, but you must learn to know the difference, know when the only thing keeping your from a movement is your rational and irrational fear, you can train your body to achieve amazing things but it takes time. Showing discipline and staying healthy is more important than making due with an injury. Try and Emphasize these things in your training; Silence, sound is a byproduct of wasted energy, less sound, less wasted energy; Control, not just in your body but in ALL things; Precision, think what your body is doing in EVERYTHING, master your body, train to make it do what you want as often as possible, reach for perfection.
Train often but listen to your body, not resting does more harm than good to your body.
There may be a time when you will be sore and you may have to use what you train though so make your training thorough, you will not always have the luxury of being at the top of your present abilities if you have to use what you've learned, train yourself in bad circumstances, STAY SAFE, but train them to be ready.
Awareness is also very important, try and be aware of your surroundings as often as possible, people, places, etc. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY.
More than anything you must show discipline, you may have the ability to do any number of things but that doesn't mean you always should.
Discretion and Courtesy show mastery of emotions, this is important.
You can't just focus on the physical manifestation of Parkour, to truly excel you must make it a part of you, make it a part of your mind, body and soul.
Achieving this, making yourself as whole as possible, as able as possible, for not only yourself but for OTHERS. Love, Hope, Discipline...this is what drives me.
This is a constant road, a hard road, one you most likely will never find the end to but thats the beauty of it.

Common tests are nearly over
Just 2 more to go
And only today
I finally thought of it
Woke up this morning and stayed in bed until 10 in the morning thinking
Why am I doing all this
I found out that I don't feel like continuing anymore
But talking to Paul(Not my brother,my friend) has really helped alot
I had initial lost of interest
For him
He has been praticing for about 6 years
For me
I've just reached my 2nd year
I've been adviced not to go at it like routine
But just take it as a guideline
Having a routine makes you bored
Having a guideline helps as I'm allowed to change my routine
So
I just need to need to think WAY outside the box
So all in all
I've finally figured out
Don't stick to routines
Just have guidelines
Have fun
This all started just because I asked myself
What sort of routine should I stick to?
Asking Jereme helped as he told me not to stick to routine as sticking to routine is boring
Asking Paul helped as he told me to think outside the box
Asking questions may sometimes help
After getting my answer
I'm off to continue to study for my last 2 papers
