I can do a Muscle up!
Yay!
Oh well
My goals
By the end of this month
I must be able to do 1 dead hang muscle up(Dead hand means to not swing just hang there and then pull up)
By the end of next month
I must be able to do 5 muscle up

Pain is temporal
