Confused Confused Confused
I'm revising my breakfalls
It may be simple at first sight
But there can be a lot of pain if done wrongly
I don't think I've really completely mastered it
And so
Talking to Ryan has helped a bit
Though I'm not sure how should I reduce minimal contact of my spine and hips
With the ground
I understood the part about landing on the back of my shoulder
But the part about having to torque my body sideways in a roll
And getting up from a different angle confuses me
So I have decided
For the next 3 months or so
I shall mainly focus on getting my breakfalls right
Though I have to practice my other moves
Another move I will be placing a fair bit of attention on will be my wall spin
And again
Ryan has helped me a lot by explaining to me how it is done
And how I could start taking baby steps to master it
Well
Off to do my homework and practice

Pain is temporal

Yet I swear I see my reflection, somewhere so high above this wall. -Chris Rowat "When a person trains once, nothing happens. When a person forces himself to do a thing a hundred or a thousand times, then he certainly has developed in more ways than physical. Is it raining? That doesn't matter. Am I tired? That doesn't matter, either. Then willpower will be of no problem -Emil Zapotek
