Yay!!!
I can do wall run
Yesterday after DARE
Did a few times before finally getting it right(it hurts when you miss)
Woke up this morning with my whole body sore
Yesterday after DARE kept on jumping and rolling and vaulting
Then today am waiting for my DG the people to come
And to Jerald:being a traceur is very fun!!!
SO this post is not very long

Pain is temporal
